Modal Popup on Product List Template, Product Details Template?

Product List, Product Details Template - are not pages, those are templates that output dynamic content from your CMS DB.

Yeah okay, but how can I use Modal Popups on those templates?
Because I do not need it anywhere else ever in my live, just only on Product List Template and on Product Details Template that are the only places i will ever need them.

That should be easy to implement?
Very sad, this is a must have for shops, yet you can only use it right now out side of shop templates.
