NicePage spam/nag screens

Every time I open Nicepage, it presents a screen advertising a new subscription telling me my other one is over. I bought a lifetime Pro account and I'm not interested in buying it all over, and this nag screen comes up on every single load and it makes me reactivate my license every time.
Can you please release an update to stop it from doing that?
