It may be me but here goes.

I have upgraded to Joomla 4.x and have a couople of problems with Nicepage.

The form does not mail using the Joomla Form and mail settings in Joomla and should go to a new page. I have one form that displays the messages for submitted and failed and these do not display when submitted. Joomla test email sends as expected.
Back to top is not displaying
GDPR Enable Cookies popup is not displaying

To save me some time can I check that these are not known issues and if they aren't what could I have done to stop them working since upgrading. Ther must be a switch or setting I have missed...

Having issue with joomla extension 4.03. It's failing to install saying it doesn't support Joomla 4.04

Hello Rob,

Please create a new private topic and provide us with your admin access so we could check.
Meanwhile please check the popup with your browser Incognito mode, will it be displayed?
As for the back to top button - it could be not added with your plugin settings or Theme.

Please send here the screenshot of this error and check if you have installed the correct version of the Joomla Extension, there shouldn't be any errors for Joomla 4 and Nicepage4 for any PHP versions.
