Trying to get my website Live through GoDaddy

I'm having an issue trying to get my website to go live where I have my domain registered through GoDaddy. Please take a look at my attachments and make sure I have the settings correct on both sides. It seems to be having a long time to propagate through. I originally did this on last Friday night, but made some changes tonight in the GoDaddy side when I had them on the phone to see if they could see something wrong on their end.

Please, enter your domain name into the custom domain field, save and test.

It says I don't have permission. Subscribed to the You Tube channel now though.
