How do I stop these from being created? - I want to avoid having annoying popups when someone visits my website, but still want to comply with GDPR.

I don't have a 'Allow cookies' popup on my website because I believed it didn't create any cookies, yet I find that it creates two: timezone and cpsession, neither of which are of any benefit to anyone. There is no way to disable cookies if you do not have the GDPR popup on your site.
