Where to change hamburger icon colors for "Active, Default and Hover"?

There´s just one option that says "Icon Color" but I don´t like the "hover color" and can´t change it.

Hello Luis,

The hamburger button uses an icon that is in SVG format.
Unfortunately, there is no option to change its color for different states as it is for Buttons in the Theme settings.
