I am unable to export my project from the desktop app even if I click twice for the free version.

The export of the project is not allowed in the free version. You can only export WP, Joomla themes and HTML sites.

That's is correct. Even now, with the Free Starter Plan you can export your website into HTML, but only in the Desktop App.

Please specify that and attach the screenshot which demonstrates the issue.
Please take note, in the Online Builder export into HTML is not available for the users with Free Starter Plan.
