I perceive or it gives me the feeling that the development team is few, and they do not commit to providing large-scale support to their users, logically, if they commit to bringing this type of software to the market, it must comply with the guarantees of quality and support, and must be viewed either in the short or long term, which can generate this type of development, and have the ability to solve these types of events.
