I want to use the PERSONAL Plan.
Am i allowed to delete the Nicepage links / logo etc?

I just wan to use parts of the generated html code. And i want to use it without the nicepage links in the footer (and similar.)

any paid license has the option to remove the footer, and it's just fine to do it.

Yes. You can turn off the "Made in Nicepage" footnote from the Site Settings >> General tab >> uncheck the "Made in Nicepage" checkbox.
