By default, the background image on the Block with the Parallax option enabled doesn't move while scrolling a page. Could you please record a short video that demonstrates your issue with the parallax?

If you mean that you want to enable Parallax, please click on a Block and check the Parallax box.

In Nicepage, when Paralax is selected, the background is stationary, but when exported to HTML, the background moves slightly. Here is the video please.
Windows 10, the Chrome browser, also behaves in Edge.

Thanks for the provided videos!

This behavior is a correct one. The Parallax image slightly moves in a browser while in Nicepage this effect is not visible. It is visible in preview only. For this reason, we added a sign See in Preview under the Parallax option.

That's right. But I would like the background image to stay in place while scrolling (or if there is an option to select it) as I did in another program (SPARKLE) on another page: http://monikagalek.pl/

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the behavior of the Parallax image in Nicepage. Alternatively, you can use a custom code for implementing such a feature (for example, you can use the code from here: https://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_css_parallax.asp).
