Please do the following:
1) Create an empty debug.txt file in the following folder:
For Windows: %APPDATA%\Nicepage
2) Restart the application.
3) Provide the Nicepage Support Team with the log file:
3.1) Send the debug.txt file to the support team
3.2) If possible, start the Nicepage application ==> click F12 (for Windows) ==> switch to the Console tab ==> reproduce the issue and provide the console log (txt file or screenshot).
