Can not import website

If you didn't export a Project file from your original system, that's what you should do.
The other thing that might work, is copying the working folder over.
It looks like Site_#############, and should be in the Documents\Nicepage folder.

Unfortunately, I formated the previous system
and overwriting does not work :/

I forgot to mention that I am in a free plan and I can only export website as HTML, and the app is asking me for project file

I guess that is the problem?

You said in the first post that you saved the original site.

Hi,

With the free plan you cannot export the Project file. But if you have saved the folder with the site located in your Documents folder, then you can place this folder again in the Documents/Nicepage folder and it should appear in the dashboard. If you have only exported it as the HTML theme, then it cannot be imported into the application.

Can I download the website from my host?

Hello,

We feel sorry that you need to recreate your work.
If you use Nicepage Hosting License you could download your project from the Nicepage Online Builder.
If you use your own hosting - unfortunately only the HTML version of the project could be downloaded, and you can't import the HTML version of a project into the Nicepage Desktop.
