Can't open Nicepage desktop app

Please backup all your Projects and reinstall Nicepage. You can easily delete Nicepage via the uninstaller that can be found in the Nicepage folder. After doing this, please let us know about the result.

I did that already and didn't work, the problem keep appearing when I installed it again. I tried diverse things while I was waiting for a reply since for me was urgent. I asked for help somewhere else because I wasn't getting a reply here and thankfully a friend of good knowledge of these issues managed to find the problem. Had to erase parts of hidden nicepage folders without damaging other data and then reinstall nicepage and that fixed the problem.
