Struggle with creation on Wordpress. Is there any conflict with Nicepage?

Hello,
I 've fought for many hours to create a page with Wordpress (via Elementor). I used to practice a lot on Wordpress.
But even thoiugh I have done all there is no page on line.

Please could you explain me why?
Is the any solution?

Hi,

As I understand, you created the page in Elementor, activated the Nicepage theme but no elementor content is displayed. This Elementor page should use the Nicepage Post Template. Please check the Post Template in the Desktop application and make sure that you did not remove the Post element with Post header, Post Content, and other post elements.

It's curious sometimes my modifications are well registred, sometimes no. .....

As for the second issue, could you please provide more details. We need to know what you are trying to do and how these modifications are not saved. Maybe a short video will be helpful.
