No License? Why?

The Desktop version is a totally different item from the Online version.

When I click on "I have a license Activate Now" I get

Please pay attention to what I am saying. I have both the Joomla extension and the desktop application. You must have the desktop app. the create a custom template. It's the desktop application that is causing the problem.
It does NOT ask me to sign in. It does ask me to verify my email address every time i run the app. It also wants me to buy a premium version (which I have) every time I run the app.

I have the desktop version 3.29.1. I have NO way to sign in to the desktop app but every time I click on verifying my email, I get nothing from Nicepage but I do get ads from a company called XARA. All I want is what I bought because at this time I can't work. I'm only allowed 1 site and I cannot duplicate a theme. I can't make a new site - I can't do anything. Please get this fixed fast!!

I'm following this thread because I'm about to purchase the desktop version of Nicepage. I'm curious what others are saying about Nicepage working with Joomla.

Joomla rejected the plugin installation so far, saying Nicepage doesn't work with Joomla 4.02 version.

I'm glad I found this thread, because it's confusing what I'm supposed to be buying and licensing.

Hi Daniel,

I can see in your profile that you haven't logged into the desktop application. So please run the desktop application and press the Log Out option in the Profile drop-down in the top right corner.
The reload the application and try to Log In again, with the same e-mail as here. Then it should be working fine.
