I need to make a grid as in this example https://xd.adobe.com/view/761f09ee-d70a-4388-8642-1d639569f070-234c/?fullscreen
on the side and make it sticky on scroll
1. I couldent find how
2. I couldent make the squares stay as squares, how to kip them in fixed ratio?

Thanks for the provided files!

Firstly, we don't support the Sticky on Scroll option for Elements. We have already had it on our wishlist.

Clarify please, do you mean that this Element doesn't keep its shape on responsive modes? If yes, try to use the Grid Element instead of the Gallery Element.

If you simply want to have something like this (please see attached screenshot), just resize this Element so images would be squared.

We also recommend you making these images squared with the help of a graphic editor so they wouldn't be cropped after adding to Nicepage.
