As we have been able to observe and analyze in the Nicepage forum, it is a problem, which all Nicepage users have, who made this Premium plan purchase, where it should not generate any type of error in the software, and it is happening very often, For a simple reason, the Nicepace developer team does not notice to make a thorough review of all its functions before its update release, whether for CMS (Joomla, Wordpress and other CMS), affecting or altering in some part of the CMS template, what one built in Nicepage, and these alterations will persist, until Nicepage developers take responsibility for reviewing the application, in all its functions, and in all CMS, to avoid pain of head to the users and you as the owner of the Nicepage software.

It is very unpleasant for the end user, when executing a Nicepage update, then exporting and importing to the respective CMS that apply (Joomla, Wordpress, etc), and then he observes that his template is broken, looking another way, it is very frustrating and discouraging. This is already a viral and trite theme, we have announced it to them (sung, danced, jumped, in all possible ways and for having ...), we have shown that they ignore, where the end user ends up being greatly harmed, by not having the solution on time and it is most likely that they will not give you the solution in the next updates.

Nicepage users are already afraid of making updates that Nicepage launches, since they have spent many hours of their time building their web pages, due to an update, misalignment or disorganization of the template on a large scale. That is, instead of being a help or advantage with the update, it is taking the fame of a disadvantage, due to the changes that it can execute in the CMS, and in the end the user, must build the web pages from 0 again, because that's what the developers suggest Nicepage, anti-pedagogical solution.

Recommendation:

  1. Before launching an update, they must make a detailed review of all its functions (Home, Blog, Post, Block, Element, Templates, etc), all its global functions, to avoid alterations in the CMS templates . These changes in the templates are happening, because it is evident that they are not doing a global review.

  2. Errors that users detect, and make the request, and more with users with the PREMIUN plan purchased, Nicepage developers, must execute their request and include it in the next update, not ignore it, as we have observed What happens and many times they never do, we have detected in the Nicepage forum, there are many users (the vast majority), they constantly make requests to Nicepage incidents, it does not provide them with a correct solution, and the most worrying thing that we have detected (incidents or wish list) requested for more than 1 to 2 years, enormously worrying.

  3. Hire more developer staff, to improve the quality of your product, as it is deteriorating, due to lack of thorough review before the release of the update.

  4. Comply with Nicepage users, incidents with immediate solutions, execute it and include it in future Nicepage updates.

  5. Comply with Nicepage users, their wish lists, run it and include it in future Nicepage updates.

If you follow these recommendations, sign it, and it will be a fact that your Nicepage software will noticeably improve and build trust for all your Nicepage users and even more so that they bought the premium plan, which costs $ 199 dollars, which is worth a paste.

Nicepage, has an infinite list of wishes, for more than 2 years and they still do not comply, if users request it, it is because they need it, to improve and perfect the operation of the use and appropriation of the web interface, user who requests any additional function, the Nicepage development team, must execute it immediately and include it in the next update, not give a mechanical answer, saying "Which will be on the wish list, to study it or worse, it is not in our projects", should immediately the Nicepage developers in working it and meeting the client that are Nicepage users. Because if they continue, in that way, they will not grow as a company, and Nicepage users, unfortunately, will stop being their clients, looking for other alternatives far superior to Nicepace, in fact I already know that many are doing them, I include myself .

You can take a look to previus product from Nicepage developers - Themler. There is same infinite list of wishes. Themler now stop development (no new features, just bug fixes sometimes). But all this wishes from Wishlist just abandoned... as all users of Themler. So need to think twice before you trust to Nicepage and hope that something big will be done here.

From other side they have huge experience with a lot of mistakes in Themler and Nicepage. Maybe if they take all the best from Themler and Nicepage, take a look to such competitors as Oxygen Builder and Elementor and start development a new software, then this will be a good product (finally!).
