hello, when i purchase the premium plan, i can only use it via online, it dosnt show the sodtware installed in my pc has premium rights like when i log in trough ur website.... what should i do? i try to activate licence didnt help

The online version and the Desktop version are separate programs.

well i did download it, and i did log into my account and its still saying on the app the i dont habe premium! so why i purchase the app if i cannot use it on my mac? i need to build it for a client and u wasting my time and im losing money!

Our records are showing that you haven't used the desktop application with your current account. Please log out from the desktop application and then log in using the illogicode@gmail.com account. If that still does not help, attach a screenshot of the error.
