Dear Sir or Madam,

despite having paid for the basic premium, the crown is on it again in the system, and nothing can be downloaded to word press! Please clarify! Please correct it. or what should i do?

Thanks for being our customer!

As I understand, you are trying to use Nicepage Online. The fact is that your license provides Premium features to Nicepage Desktop and the Nicepage CMS plugin. The Designer App Pack license doesn't include Premium features for Nicepage Online.

If you have completely designed your website in Nicepage Online, you can easily import your Project to Desktop.

Please let us know if you need our further help.
