First and foremost, you need to install the appropriate eCommerce plugin to your CMS. WooCommerce for WordPress, and Virtuemart for Joomla.

You can create & design eCommerce templates using the Nicepage desktop app, then export the Theme to your CMS:

To integrate payment gateways, you can either search for the appropriate plugins, or search for the API of a payment gateway, for example, Paypal, and insert the code to the HTML element in Nicepage.
