Almost every time I change something on mobile platforms, simple things like the size of a container of the alignment of an item, it changes or even resets what I've already done on Desktop and Laptop.

What can I do to stop these unwanted changes across different platforms?

The best way to try to avoid this is to start from the left (desktop) and move from left to right (mobile).
If a specific block still misbehaves, you can press the reset button and make the adjustments.
