Nicepage looks as though it is primarily a website builder.
Can I use this programme to also make Brochures and Flyers as well?

It is definitely a website builder.
You technically can create a page, and export it as a .jpg file and print it, but it really isn't meant for that purpose.
You can use the Starter version and see.

Nicepage is a website builder by which you can design static HTML pages and CMS themes. If these brochures and flyers will have the structure of a static HTML page or a CMS theme, they can be created in Nicepage. For these purposes, you can also find some predesigned page Templates in the app, they may be helpful for you. Also, Nicepage pages can be exported as .jpg files.
Nicepage is not a graphic editor like Adobe Photoshop and other similar apps. It cannot edit images in the way they are edited in graphic editors.
