Hi, I'm glad to hear that you guys have great service. I know there is a promotion for 50% off, I bought the package I bought the design package, why not apply the discount policy. Since I already have hosting, I only use the design package, why can't I export the theme. Thank you!

Do you mean that the 50% discount offer did not apply to your Nicepage Personal Edition?

I only use the design package, why can't I export the theme.

Seems like you were trying to export your site from the Online Builder, while you have a Nicepage Personal Edition (Designer App Pack), which includes the desktop app and CMS plugins only. So in this case, use the Nicepage desktop app: https://nicepage.com/download to design and export your site. Export your site from the Online Builder as a Project, then import it to the desktop app to be able to continue editing the site and export it later on.
