Dimensione Tema e Pagine

Buonasera,
ho creato un sito con svariate pagine, quando provo ad esportare il tutto con l'opzione esporta Tema e Pagine, Nicepage crea un file di circa 67 Mb.
Quando provo a caricarlo sul dominio. il sistema restituisce il seguente errore:
"Il file selezionato non può essere caricato poiché è più grande della dimensione massima di caricamento."
Qual è la procedura per caricare il file da me creato?

Hello ROBERTO,

You need to check your server php settings for Joomla with your hosting provider:

max_execution_time
max_input_time
memory_limit
Upload max filesize - what value is here? to upload the file 67M and more you need to increase it
PHP post max size
