content of header and footer move between pages because of scroll

As the title says, all content in header (logo and menu) and footer move to side between pages because of scroll.
If the page is longer and there is a need to scroll header/footer is in one position, but when i go to a page that does not need to scroll header/footer move to the right occupying the space used before by the scroll bar.

how can i fix this please?

Hi,
It´s easy to see.
In the first two pages of menu have scrollbar for example page https://www.pcspirit.pt/servicos/
And when you go to the 3rd and 4th page which don't have scroll the page moves to occupy the space and move header and footer as in page https://www.pcspirit.pt/produtos/

Can you see it shifting a bit to the right?

Sorry for the late response (due to the weekend).

I have visited your website, compared the Header and Footer on the second and third pages, and I can't see any difference. Also, the third and the fourth pages can be scrolled. Is this issue solved or not? If not, please attach a few screenshots demonstrating your issue.
