Hi there there is something that i believe and hope it should be fixed soon. It is not a negative comments, it is some thing that can help you rise your audience and potential customers; this because i do believe that Nicepage is a very nice software.

First i'm going to share 2 images that i have put into my online drive, so that you visualize the problem.

Add Image Offline Error Message

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1O_0XEY54Fddijt9DUtIwHB2h89bZLkWz/view?usp=sharing

Elements say error when offline

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1dLsy7fICGsmTS2s7usB7mEJl-ZJPbFTu/view?usp=sharing

Nicepage should work offline. I understand that to download Nicepage it need internet, and to have the features it need also internet. But when used it should work offline. When downloading the Nicepage Desktop of Windows, the file size is less then 1MB. This for many users indicate that it is a software that need internet to have it's many functions, beside software that have more megabytes of download; indicating it can be used offline because it's feature is downloaded on the computer.

Now here is a thing that happen in real life and around the world. A customer that have buyed the Nicepage software do a business meeting with some customers. It could be some boss of some company, it could be a simple person that want a simple website; brief what ever high/low rank this person have. The business meeting could be in a park, in a librarie, a restaurant, in some renovated office, in a bus, in a subway metro; and other places.

The customer is ready to pay many $$$ to the person that have buyed the Nicepage software. The customer see the Nicepage that open. Then the customer want to simply add an image or add some elements to the page. The big shot $$$ customer see "Nicepage Need Internet Connexion Error Message". It is quite possible that where the user of Nicepage, that there is "No Internet Connexion" or that "Internet have difficulty to connect". Can the creators of Nicepage for there customers, make the software that do not need internet connexion? Can the peoples of Nicepage say that the percentage for the customers is (zero 0%) percent that all will always have internet, what ever place there are with no connexion problems?? This to use the Nicepage software.

The big shot $$$ customer seing the Nicepage error message "Need internet connexion". What this customer will think of the person that have buyed the Nicepage software? What the person that have buyed Nicepage software will think in front of there own $$$ customers? Then if the big shot $$$ customer that have seen the message "Need Internet Error", what if this maybe boss or president of some company might think of this software? Also what if the customers simply tell to 3 others peoples this error message; that each person say to 3 other peoples and so on and on and on.

Well with the printscreens i have done showing the error messages. I do hope that this will be fixed soon, to make it real offline use. As told it is not a negative writing, and i do believe that Nicepage has some great potentials; after all i have buyed some license of Nicepage. Nicepage i do think is a real nice software.

Thank's for your time. A+

Um.....
You can tether your laptop off your phone, or get a laptop with cellular ability.
You can't ever control what happens when you are visiting with a client.
And if your big shot $$$$ customer can't offer you internet access at their location, how much business do you really think you will get from them?

One thing for sure i'm real impress by all the features that Nicepage have. This i mean, that you can have online.
Note that there is many phone carrier in my province that have many citys, wich is the province of Quebec; phones carrier dont offer "unlimited bandwith".

Just mentionning fiew: Bell Mobility, Lucky Mobile, Virgin Mobile, PC Mobile, Rogers Wireless, Chatr Mobile, Cityfone, Fido Mobile, Primus Wireless, Simply Connect, Zoomer Wireless, Petro-Canada Mobility, Telus Mobility, Koodo Mobile, Freedom Mobile, SaskTel Mobility, Videotron Mobile, Fizz Mobile, Ice Wireless, TNW Wireless, Xplore Mobile ........ and the list goes on

What happen then?

Well depending of the phone carrier, if a user want to use more bandwith data. If the user pay some monthly bandwith and have reached his/her limits. There are tree options that can happen:
(1) - The user of the phone carrier cant use internet until next month.
(2) - The phone company carrier accept that the user continue to use internet "but" the next montly bill will cost "a lot" since passed it's monthly bandwith limits.
(3) - The phone carrier choose to make the user pay much-much-more or gonna cancel and delete the user account.
At the end the user will have to pay much much more.

There are stories of phone carriers going in court against the customer, to make them pay, even make the customers loose what they own. Some peoples have lost so much that when they wanted a simple rent, that the landlord had search there payments records; if yes or no to rent to them. So they have no place to sleep, but only the street to live onto; and the problems with it.

I think downloading all components inside the app files would make it worse for you if bandwidth was a concern.
Now, you only download components when they are requested. That keeps downloads smaller than it would be compared to downloading everything every time there’s an update several times a month.

I agree Merlin for many peoples bandwith is a concern. There are some phones carrier that make not available "unlimited bandwith", for some reasons. The architecture of the anthena's for phones, maybe is not enough to reach the most customers. It could be because the phones carrier dont want that the data's overload the anthena's phones services and structures; that could cause some "denial of services". It could be simply because the phone carriers want that there customers pay the top price, when there are peoples that have many payments to do; so limited in there budget.

The point is what ever company there is on earth, Nicepage and others. If a company want to have the most money and reach the most customers; then there product must reach the most customers and at some attractive price. Of course if there is "no demands", "no services", "no customers", "no attractive prices"; then there is "no profits".

There are 3 main things to think about for a company, i'm gonna say "3 columns"; 2 negatives columns and 1 positive column. First column is the payments (what ever thing the company pay for "electricity, rent, etc."), the second column is "unexpected things to pay for"; and the last column is (profits). Brief to look at the balance of the finances, and to ask if there is some profits?

If Nicepage want to reach (more percentage %) of the money pie, then i think it's normal that they think also to the customers that there phone carriers dont offer "unlimited bandwith". Maybe there is peoples in the United-States or else where that there phone carriers dont have unlimited bandwith. So there laptop or phone cant connect to "unlimited bandwith internet" If so then this make these "potential money customers (%)" probably not interested in Nicepage or other products that need internet.

I suggest (and i'm not paid for thoses suggestions), that Nicepage keep there formula. It's nice to take only what is needed for creating the pages "online". If Nicepage want to have (more % customers) of the money pie, then they should think to have also a version that the features are all offline (some offline version). When there is updates, then the elements "names X" are (replaced) and for the other new features "names X"; there are simply added to the software. As so the user dont have to download again the "full software", but simply download the "changes/upgrades".

The next thing is for the customers that dont renew there software version. The user can download there version. Like if a customer have paid version 3.2 the customer can have the version up to version 3.3. If a customer have version 3.3 then the user can have the software up to 3.4. This made to have less software versions to store online (for download). Rather then 3.2, then 3.2.1, then 3.2.15 etc (as example), this would cause too much versions to store on servers.

An other idea fo Nicepage. They could store a full offline version as version 3.x. Then if the user have paid up to some version as 3.8 (example), the user could download the full offline version 3; then download the upgrade version 3.1 (to update version 3). After download the upgrade version 3.2 to update the previous version 3.1; this up to version 3.8. Later Nicepage could have version 4.x full offline version, or version 5.x full offline version. Doing so this could make even take less (MB megabytes) servers storage space used. Because the user simply go to there account to download some full offline version; then simply download the "changes/upgrades" of the previous versions up to it's own paid version. Simply after install the soft that check if the user has some previous version.

Like if the user have downloaded the full offline software version 3.0, then want to install version 3.2 (the soft check if user have previous installed version as 3.1). Some kind of "gradual upgrades/updates", because there could be customers that have paid updates to version 3.1 but not 3.2. By login the customer could have some message that the software is activated or indicate that the user have paid for some previous version "download there X version at:" after activate version with there login. The customers can always pay for some upgrades or new Nicepage versions.

As told i am not paid for these suggestions (that Nicepage reach more %), i just want the good for Nicepage (there boss presidents and peoples under; also there related peoples) and there customers as users. I have helped some company's with my ideas, to rise there audience and customers. One thing for sure to be humble and modest, without the free help of peoples that have helped me trough time; i could not help other peoples. So the thank's goes to all.

Thank's for the help Merlin.
