Ask a Question

Hi there,

I've added the search element to my website into the menu block, but I cant manage to make it work.
I need to tag the pages so the search element could identify and open them.
Can you guide me on how to do it?
Thanks!

Hello Pedro,

Search element added to the Header and exported with Nicepage Theme into the WordPress is outputting the results of a search done by CMS.
The layout of the search- result page is your Theme Blog Template, here is an example of a local search result page:

search-wp.png

Please share the link to your published page and the exported project so we could check locally.

Hi again,

I see, but the issue is that all my pages are built within the Nicepage, so i have no information in the wordpress theme, but in the nicepage theme.
I share with you the link, so you can see what i'm actually referring to.
Thanks

Hello Pedro,

We have checked your page and the search element - it works ok, displays correctly the words that are or not found on your site. Please specify what exact issues have you faced?
If you need some advanced settings we can recommend searching for an additional WordPress plugin to customize this Element.

Hello Pedro,

It doesn't work. Nicepage does not provide a search engine for HTML export.
You should search for the existing solution and link it to the Nicepage Search element.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
