Ask a Question

I only need the desktop layout as the sites I'm making are straightforward and will look fine across all screen resolutions.

Is it possible to disable the different layouts for the other screen sizes? Disable it in the css somehwere or something?

I would pay for premium account if this is possible as I find your software useful for throwing together websites quickly, but I need to be able to disable or remove the responsive element.

Thanks.

Hi,

Thanks for your interest in Nicepage!

Sites that are designed by Nicepage are always responsive, like many modern websites. It was made for many reasons starting from convenience for visitors to advanced SEO for such websites. In Nicepage, it is not possible to design a website that will have only, for example, a desktop mode.

Anyway, we will be glad to help you. Please tell us what exactly do you want to realize using Nicepage?

I just want to be able to design a single layout for desktop size only. Surely I can disable the different sizes/layouts for other screens in the coding? :\

It's impossible to resize the design, images etc for the other four sizes. For example the header image is sized in photoshop for the desktop size of the website, but won't rescale correctly for the other four layouts, meaning I have to make a seperately sized header image for each of them.

On the mobile page version the social media icons are missing. If I try and add them specifically to that page then it adds them to all the other pages but in the wrong place and in some cases duplications of icons that are already on other pages.

Also, if I zoom out on the mobile site, a white blank space appears on the right side?

Hi,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to edit the HTML source code of Nicepage pages.

It's impossible to resize the design, images etc for the other four sizes.

Clarify please, what do you mean by that? As I understand, you want to redesign your website in other four responsive modes in a way that it will completely coincide with the Desktop Mode, am I right? Unfortunately, it is not impossible too as every responsive mode has a fixed width of the Content Area which cannot be changed manually. If you mean something else, please let us know about it.
