Cookies that appear when inspecting Chrome

Good afternoon.
Thank you for your reply.

At the moment we have disabled the use of COOKIES, I understand therefore that there should be no cookies enabled on the website almadahemm.com right? (See IMG 1)

But, then when inspecting the website from the Chrome browser options, I see that cookies appear. (See IMG 2)
This is what I did to see the cookies used by the website: Watching the weather 0:49

Could you please explain, because I don't understand.

And the other question is: As this website belongs to a German company, which is only meant to be informative and I don't want to use cookies, is it mandatory to activate this part?

Hi Samuel,

The Cookies option that you see in the application enables or disables the Cookies popup that is required by many governments. If you enable cookies popup and user says that he does not want to use cookies, then cookies files won't be created. If you do not add a Cookies popup on the site, then we cannot control the creation of the cookies files.

Hi Samuel,

You need to study the country's law to get this information. As far as I know, for the users from Europe you are obliged to inform that the site uses cookies and the user should agree or disagree. In case he disagrees, all the user's data already collected should be removed and no other data should be collected.
That is exactly what the Cookies popup does.
