fresh install of joomla 4.0.3 + nicepage plugin zip = 500 error

You can still upload the new extension v.3.26 but for this, you need to export it from the desktop application this wat was previously mentioned.

So, I uploaded the template through cPanel into the templates folder, and I extracted and installed the template through Joomla extensions manager, and said successful, but the template does not show up in template manager or on the site, any ideas? Thanks

Thanks for taking the time to respond. There was a blog post or forum message I read that said the plugin was ready, and in fact, today I checked and there is a blog post stating as much:

I didn't read the whole post which I should have done to discover the extension was still in beta. If I had done so I probably would have waited to purchase the pro version.

I am using PHP 7.4.23 on the site in question, but I can install any version seeing as I am the server admin.

So here is the 500 error after trying to install the new 3.26 version of Nicepage on the site:

Fatal error: Class NicepageInstallerJAdministratorWrapper contains 1

Also, seeing that the extension is not ready for prime time, will my subscription be extended to cover the time I am not able to use it's full features?

I love your program, and in fact this is a renewal of my previous purchase.

Hello Yukiko,

Please specify your current server's PHP version and please send here the screenshot of the error.

The usual download of the Joomla Extension from https://nicepage.com/download and install to Joomla4 is not ready yet.
Nicepage Extension can be installed with Pages and Editor plugin only, through desktop application export, with Theme or not.

error 500 is a server error. Not an np one as according to your limited post, NP doesnt even install
