You have exported the theme as the HTML theme and you cannot open that zip file? Please attach it to the ticket and let me know what exact Nicepage version you are using.

Could you please zip the C:\Users[username]\Documents\Nicepage folder with the site and attach it to the ticket. Let me know what is the exact name of the site that you have exported.
