How To Add Register And login Option?

How do you create a user registration and login option to your site? I tried adding login element to header it does nothing it's more or less a simple icon with zero functionality isn't it?

The Logi functionality is a complex dynamic feature. It is not provided for static HTML websites. Nicepage login element os for WordPress and Joomla themes that supports login/register and use management.
