Hello Jon,
Each desktop application is installed locally, the project is stored locally to the main Nicepage folder only unless you transfer the files/copy to some external disk. So the answer is no, the projects between two separate applications are not synchronized, you need to copy/transfer the Nicepage project folder between 2 devices anyway or simply import the project with Import/Export function.
