Thank you for your interest in Nicepage!

1) In the Personal license, you can create 5 websites with an unlimited number of pages using the desktop app, the Pro licenses allows an unlimited amount of websites and pages using the desktop app;

2) The Designer App Pack is a lifetime license that includes CMS Plugins and Desktop App with one year of free updates. The Web App With Hosting + Designer App Pack is a yearly subscription that includes Online Builder, CMS Plugins, Desktop App, and Hosting.

After the one year of free updates in over, you can no longer get free updates for the application, new plugin versions and new functions won't be added to your existing one. If you wish to update to newer versions, you'll need to renew your free updates.
You will be able to use the same version you downloaded before the license expired. This version can be used to edit existing content or create a new one.

Here's what you can do when the one year of free updates ends:

1. Pay for the next year of updates, which is the initial cost - 40% (cost minus 40%);
   or
2. Use the latest version available with premium features for an unlimited amount of time;
   or
3. Use the latest version released in our Free Starter plan (without premium features).
