Ask a Question

Hello,

is it possible to adjust the layout (background, color, etc) of the sub menu in mobile view ?
Because i see only a general option.

For example, my sub menu is white in the standard view.
In my mobile menu, the background of the off caneva is black. So when i click on a menu with sub-menu, the sub-menu is white.

I am in Joomla plugin.

Hi Frédéric,

You can change the background colors and other options on the Property Panel for your menu.

Hi,
i cant export the project. Only in Joomla plugin. And i dont see the reason to give you access to the admin.
You can easely reproduce this with a fresh Joomla installation, and some sub-menus.

Regards

You just have to make possible the development of the sub menu in mobile view, in the Nicepage page.
And the possibility to modify the mobile version only, and not all the sub-menu.

Hi, have you a sub-menu ? I did not see it in your screenshot...
Try to put some sub-menu to your Pizza menu

I talk about multiple level menu.

Make your Pizza menu and as sub-menu : Pizza 1, Pizza 2, Pizza 3.

OK, and what is the color of your menu ?
I mean for the desktop ?

Because in my example, my sub-menu background is white in the desktop.
So the question is can have a background color white in the desktop and black in the mobile ?

Hi Frédéric,

In the Hamburger Panel you can set the color you want

hamburger-panel.png

Here's what we get as a result.

hamb-pan-joomla.gif

So the question is can have a background color white in the desktop and black in the mobile ?

The hamburger button is only one, you can display it for any of the available devices, but you can't set the different color for different devices for the same button.

Hello Frédéric,

Thanks for so clear explanation of what you want to achieve.
We are sorry, but there is no possibility in Nicepage to change the submenu background color on the Hamburger Panel.
Only background of the panel.
We could suggest setting transparent color with shadow so the color will be corresponding to the main background color.
Also, there is the possibility to add custom CSS into Nicepage CSS control to change color in Hamburger Panel.

color: #ffffff !important;
background-color: transparent !important;
margin-left: 10px;

But it dos not work. It always make modification to desktop and mobile. I think i have to put a "@media screen" but i cant find the good solution.

Frédéric,

For mobile layout you are right - the best practice is to use media queries.

In general, yes, the mobile-specific styles require media queries.

So the question is can have a background color white in the desktop and black in the mobile ?

Please try adding the following code to the Site Settings >> CSS:

.u-enable-responsive.u-offcanvas  .u-nav-popup  .u-nav-link
{
background: black;
}

This code is specific for the responsive panel and does not need media queries.
Please let us know if you have any further questions.
