something else if i create a website for a customer how can i ensure after saving the html pages with wordpress by default installed and exporting the database with phpmyadmin they also using my license that i have or there is a way to ensure to not be using my license

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to install and test this plugin. However, you can try and test it out yourself. Usually, they provide users with docs and tutorials, that may help you with adding the functions that you need to the website.
