I want to add a blog POST not a post element, how do I make an actual post using the builder?

I want to add a blog POST not a post element, how do I make an actual post using the builder?

Hi,

Adding a Post is available only for Nicepage Desktop.

To add a Post using Nicepage, please go to Element ==> Blog ==> Add Post. Please refer to the screenshot.

Clarify please, is this Nicepage Desktop, Online, or the CMS plugin on the screenshot? Note that creating posts is available only in Nicepage Desktop and Online.
