How to Download a File After a Contact Form has submitted an Email Via A PHP Script

Hi,

I have a contact form that a website visitor will fill and submit.
The Form will send me an email using the PHP script, the email shall contain the details entered on the form.
What I would like to do is to return a file (A PDF) is the form has been sucessfully submitted.
How may I do this? The Page / Block interface doesnot given an option for such an event.
