Clarify please, do you want to add this button to a static page or to Blog Template?
In the first case, please open Element ==> Button. You will see the Read More buttons. Also, you can simply rename your Button. Just click on the text within a Button and you will be able to do it.

In the second case, open a Template, click on the plus sign within the Blog Element, and select the Post Button. By default, it will have the Read More sign.
