You can make templates for the clients and sell them. Reselling of one specific template is allowed but without Nicepage plugin and images from Nicepage. If you have your own images that's fine.

Hi,
The plug-in is used to render the Content and create a new one on your site. The Theme itself does not require the plug-in and you can export the Theme only from the desktop application.
