We suppose that you added the Contact Form to your website using the PHP script method. Please refer to this article and make sure that all settings are correct on your server: https://nicepage.com/doc/62334/send-emails-with-php-script

Usually, letters from Forms don't go to junk or spam. There should be several conditions like spam-triggering words or suspicious links.

In order to prevent getting spam, you can adjust reCaptcha on your site. In the Editor, go to Site Settings ==> Google. You will see two fields for reCaptcha keys. Please note that Nicepage supports only reCaptcha v3.

Hi Paul C,

Unfortunately the article didn't help much. It almost look s like the "send action" in the php script isn't working.
I managed to re-write completely new script and added that and it works fine now.

Any ideas on what this issue could be as I'm now worried that when I make changes and export, I will have to re-done that form section manually every time?

К сожалению, статья не сильно помогла. Похоже, что "действие отправки" в скрипте php не работает.
Мне удалось переписать совершенно новый скрипт и добавить его, и теперь он отлично работает.

Есть идеи по поводу того, в чем может заключаться эта проблема, так как теперь я беспокоюсь, что при внесении изменений и экспорте мне придется каждый раз заново делать этот раздел формы вручную?
