Thanks for being our customer!
We suppose that you added the Contact Form to your website using the PHP script method. Please refer to this article and make sure that all settings are correct on your server: https://nicepage.com/doc/62334/send-emails-with-php-script
Usually, letters from Forms don't go to junk or spam. There should be several conditions like spam-triggering words or suspicious links.
In order to prevent getting spam, you can adjust reCaptcha on your site. In the Editor, go to Site Settings ==> Google. You will see two fields for reCaptcha keys. Please note that Nicepage supports only reCaptcha v3.
