when i am looking on the internet on various site some of them they show a popup window asking you to agree

the window for the windows a popup appears in the center of the screen or more bellow to agree for the terms of the cookies develop something like that

Hi,

You can activate Cookies Popup under the Theme >> EU Cookies Popup >> Activate for all pages. Unfortunately you cannot set it to be on the center of the screen, only at the bottom. You can also enable the parallax option for this popup.
