Modal pop-up opens without any click

Hello Nicepage,
I added a modal popup to my website recently. But it appears that this popup opens itself without any action from the user. I tried to figure out if it happens when the user follows a specified path but I doesn't. It is totally random...

Have you got a suggestion for solving that issue ?

If this issue persists on a live website, could you please give us the URL of it so we could see your issue?

Also, clarify please what option have you set for your Modal Popup? I suggest that it pops out on a timer.
