Thanks for your interest in Nicepage!
Clarify please, do you want to embed a Nicepage page to an external website? If yes, you can try to export it as a Project, download Nicepage Desktop, import your Project to Desktop, and export it to HTML (as you have the Free license, the HTML export is not available for you on Nicepage Online, only on Desktop). After exporting to HTML, you can try moving your page to the files of your website and uploading it to your server.
If you mean something else, please let us know about it.
