Hello dear Nicepage team. Please help me. The registrations via our nicepage forms have only been partially received for a few weeks what can that be. We only receive 3 of 10 completed forms. the behavior is very different but there are always some registrations lost. the website always shows that the sending was successful. sometimes the mail arrives and sometimes it just doesn't.
Thank you for your help, I'm slowly desperate.
I've tried PHP and Joomla Form. the smtp settings in the control center of Joomla seem to be correct. the test mails go. And otherwise if I write emails manually to the recipient addresses, they always arrive. just not always the nicepage forms.
It seems that the forms are not always being sent correctly.
I have already contacted the host but everything is ok.

Vote to pay developers attention to this features or issue.
