I have a client that hosts their website with Dreamhost. When I upload a new theme, the process seems to stall after the theme is activated and it begins uploading the media. From that point forward, I get nothing but a spinning circle. How do I troubleshoot this issue? Dreamhost is currently running Wordpress 5.8.

Hi,

We recommend that you check the server PHP logs. Most probably, there is a server error that can bring some light on this issue. For example, server limitations on the size of uploading files may cause the reported issue.
