Trying to use the cc parameter in the mailto tag

I'm trying to set up a button to send an email - your "mail" function is very limited but if I use mailto in the URL to get extras like Body and CC it all works except CC, it won't recognize a second email address. I need it to send an email to two addresses - any ideas?

To clarify - none of the parameters work except Email and Subject. Why not?
