Hi I am very much a newbie so please be patient.

How do I insert a background image into an existing web page and can I then edit its appearance for example create washout to soften the hardness?

Thanks for contacting us and your interest in Nicepage

Select the block and choose on the Property Panel >> Background >> Image. You can zoom it and shade it with a color you like.
