how to do a button rollover with my graphics on nicepage

Unfortunately, Nicepage doesn't support the button rollovers yet. We have added your request to our wishlist. As an alternative, you can try using some WordPress plugins that add this functionality.

Concerning the Menu, it can be placed only in the Header. When you try to move the Menu outside it, your Header will be resized in the way that your Menu will be inside the Header. Alternatively, the Text Element with Links is available for you.
