contact form not working?

Hi, My question regarding the contact form; I am using 'contact form 7' to support 'NicePage' it's contact form.
But I am not getting it to work. I feel the documentation is very unclear and so I could not find where to place my email anywhere. all the settings in 'contact form 7' are according to their standards. But as soon as I try it I will not receive any email.

The only way I get it to work is when I use the shortcode from 'contact form 7'. But this brings the issue I can not properly style it.

Can I please get some guidance on how I can receive the customers message to my email.

Hello,

The message "Please fix the error and try again" means that the form cannot be submitted. What Form submit options you're using and where the website is uploaded?

Is this possible with nicepage? So far it gives me this error: Please fix the error and try again. What do you suggest me?

Hi,

Please follow the instructions:
https://nicepage.com/doc/66439/send-emails-with-contact-form-7

You just add a form in Nicepage page, the corresponding form will be created in the Contact Form & plug-in and that will be working just fine. The form can be styled in Nicepage.

Oke sorry to say so but the documentation is very unclear to me.
To me it looks like the option 'contact form 7' is pretty useless since you can add 'short code' from pretty much any plugin? Why not just write; Hey if you want to use any other form plugin add a short code element and add the shortcode provided by contact form7. Or is there something that I am missing here?

I just wish to understand don't get me wrong here.

The same goes for where do I add my email address to receive all the application from customers.
In pretty much any form plugin it goes something like this: [_site_admin_email]
But I seem to have a hard time to find a way to do this with Nicepage.

I now have a really cool looking form but have no idea how to connect it to my email.
Is there maybe a video explanation available?

There is a separate section of the FAQ - where you would find the answer to your question.
The only way to get the Contact Form work is to use the shortcode on Nicepage pages, that is correct.
